　　中新网4月29日电 4月29日上午，国新办举行“推动高质量发展”系列主题新闻发布会。河北省副省长金晖在会上透露，今年重点从三个方面实施一批新的民生工程。

　　在会上，有记者提问：我们关注到，河北近几年连续实施了20项民生工程。能否介绍一下具体情况？下一步有哪些工作重点？

　　金晖表示，我们已经连续多年滚动实施20项民生工程，均如期完成了这些任务，兑现了向人民群众的承诺。比如，从2018年开始，把棚户区改造、老旧小区改造以及城中村改造三项工程列入了民生工程，累计开工棚户区改造79.6万套，改造老旧小区13463个，启动城中村改造1341个，让群众告别了“老破小”，住进了新楼房。又比如，通过实施农村生活水源江水置换工程，全省南水北调受水区近3000万农村居民都饮用上了引江水。在全国率先启动孕妇基因免费筛查项目，有效降低了智力低下和聋哑儿出生缺陷的发生率。

　　今年重点从三个方面实施一批新的民生工程：首先，着力改善城乡人居环境。完成灾后农房恢复重建任务，让受灾群众都能够住上安全的住房。实施口袋公园建设工程，建设或提升一批标准化体育公园和小型体育主题公园，为群众提供休闲娱乐新去处。改造一批农村户用卫生厕所，助力农村人居环境提升。其次，着力完善城乡基础设施。进一步提升公共服务水平，继续推进农村公路建设改造，新建、改扩建一批义务教育学校，增加公办义务教育学位。对全省中小学生开展全覆盖脊柱侧弯筛查，形成青少儿脊柱侧弯防控工作的“河北模式”。实施普惠托育服务扩容工程，为更多家庭解决“带娃难”。再次，着力提升社会保障能力。全力帮扶失业人员就业创业，支持特殊困难老年人家庭进行居家适老化改造。实施精准助餐服务工程，有针对性地满足残疾人最迫切、最急需的现实需求。同时，我们推动社会救助提质增效，织密扎牢民生兜底保障底线。截至目前，这些民生工程正在有序推进、顺利实施。
